You will repair and maintain equipment, manage inventories, and support preventative maintenance tasks while adapting to varying occupancy and priorities in a premium island setting.

Qualifications

• Provide handyman and engineering support across resort facilities.
• Experience in maintenance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks.
• Ability to operate a golf cart and manage small repair projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide handyman services including repair and maintenance for residents and facilities.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, keeping par stocks.
• Record billable hours daily and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain productivity and adapt scheduling with varying occupancy.
• Operate golf cart and maintain equipment provided.
