The successful candidate will engage with clients, vendors, and departments, contributing to bid preparation and business development while operating within Jacobs’ hybrid work policy and global delivery
Qualifikationen
- Experience with HVDC/FACTS projects and related studies.
- Familiar with electrical design, specs, FAT/SAT commissioning.
- Experience with OEMs or consultants in power transmission.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Aufgaben
- Support and/or lead HVDC/FACTS projects at multiple development stages.
- Develop technical/functional/performance specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors and Owners Engineering tasks.
- Assist in conceptual, pre-FEED and FEED level design studies and/or drawings.
- FAT/SAT witness testing and other supports; collaborate with other disciplines.
- Contribute to Jacobs global and NA HVDC/FACTS business development and bid preparation.
- Represent Jacobs at related conferences and committee meetings such as IEEE and CIGRE.
