McDonald’s is hiring a licensed HVAC technician to service our restaurant locations across Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut. You will install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems, ensuring safe, comfortable environments and high service standards for customers and staff.

We seek a skilled technician with 3–5 years of field experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read manuals and blueprints. Competitive pay, benefits, and a flexible schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• HVACR experience is required and field experience (3–5 years) preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
• Experience with electrical connections for HVAC systems and safe, compliant work practices.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems across restaurants.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues and implement timely solutions.
• Install electrical components and wiring for HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety regulations and provide excellent customer service when addressing client concerns.
