Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a licensed HVACR technician to support and maintain our restaurant facilities across Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut. You will install, service, and troubleshoot HVAC systems to keep guests safe and comfortable, while providing reliable operation for our teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed HVACR technician with active credentials.
• 3–5 years of field experience in HVAC systems.
• Able to read and interpret wiring diagrams and electrical connections.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, refrigeration and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.
• Install and connect electrical components and wiring for HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete installation and repair projects.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions.

Responsibilities:
