Qualifications

• Must hold the Chapter 74 teaching license or be eligible to obtain it.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of full-time HVAC/R experience.
• Passing score of at least 70% on HVAC/R exams.
• Current EPA 608 certification (universal).
• Ability to work with students, staff, and the public respectfully.
• Strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction aligned to MA VTE Curriculum Frameworks for HVACR.
• Promote health and safety across the HVACR program.
• Enter grades and competency ratings in district software.
• Collaborate with department leaders on curriculum and assessments.
• Contribute to budget development and committee logistics.
