• Experience as a high school vocational instructor in HVAC or facilities management is preferred.
• Interest in curriculum development and educational practices.
• Familiarity with energy efficiency and decarbonization concepts preferred.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement facilities management curriculum including building maintenance, safety, energy management, and budgeting.
• Deliver lectures and hands-on training to students with practical exercises.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback; maintain records.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site projects and simulations for hands-on learning.
• Establish relationships with local businesses for guest lectures and internships.
• Educate students on safety standards; ensure compliance in training activities.
• Prepare instructional materials and participate in faculty activities.
