Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVACR equipment and related systems across buildings.
• Inspect equipment, log data, and respond to emergencies.
• Repair/modify piping, valves, and controls; troubleshoot electrical circuits and components.
• Install thermostats, timers, insulation, and energy-efficiency upgrades.
• Make parts purchases and maintain inventories per policy.
