Job summary

Copeland, a global climate technologies company, seeks a Technical Trainer/Solution Architect to design and deliver training on Copeland HVACR products, including CO2 solutions, for customers and partners.

You will develop training materials, support on-site sessions, and collaborate with product teams to craft end-to-end architectures addressing customer needs. You will also create technical specs and ROI analyses to support proposals and launches.

Qualifications

• University degree in Refrigeration/HVAC/Electronic Control systems, or equivalent in Engineering, minimum ten years HVAC/R industry experience.
• Valid Driver License.
• Excellent hands-on technical knowledge of cold chain and compressors (freon and CO2 solutions).
• Good written and oral English skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on Copeland’s products and technologies to end users and contractors.
• Create and maintain up-to-date training materials and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with wholesalers to administer on-site training sessions at branches.
• Collaborate with product management on new product launches and updates.
• Evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
• Develop and present solution proposals including technical designs and ROI analyses.
