Job summary

Copeland is seeking an experienced engineering professional to support the engineering and sales teams with technical solutions. The role emphasizes compressor performance analysis, system-level solutions, and collaboration with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to drive product development and issue resolution.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree with 10 years of related experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven ability to work in cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience in related subject matters.
• Laboratory and experience in compressor and system design and testing.
• Strong Technical and analytical skills.
• Strong Written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work in an environment of teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide Customer Support with Potential Solutions
• Support Sales with estimated compressor performance and system solutions
• Interface with External Consultants, Contractors and Suppliers as required
• Analyze, Develop and implement Solutions
• Engage with and support Design Reviews
• Support the Field support team with Analysis/Input for Workarounds and Solutions
• Research and Recommend new Technologies
• Recommend Product Enhancements and new approaches
• Engage with the Development of New Products
• Provide expertise to the Engineering Team
