We began dispatching HVAC techs in the Tampa Bay, FL area, and quickly expanded to GA, SC, NC, VA, TN, MS, and AL. What you will be doing:

• Service commercial refrigeration equipment and systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, small self-contained units, reach-ins, etc.
• Responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Test lines, components, and connections for leaks
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
• Discuss system malfunctions with users to isolate problems and verify repairs
• Service HVAC systems to improve efficiency, including changing filters and cleaning coils
• Install, connect, or adjust thermostats, humidistats, or timers
• Communicate with customers regarding repair status
• Order and install replacement parts as needed

What you need for this position:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in any weather condition
• Universal EPA Certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
• Operate and maintain company-provided vehicle safely
• Availability for after-hours service
• Provide top-quality customer service
• Experience in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, ice machines, and preventative maintenance is a bonus
• Own basic tools such as hand tools, gauges, and power tools
• Company provided tools include ladders, vacuum pumps, leak detectors, etc.
