About ConServ Building Services

Founded in 1991, ConServ Building Services is the service division of BCH Mechanical. We dispatch HVAC techs in the Tampa Bay, FL area, and have grown to serve GA, SC, NC, VA, TN, MS, and AL. We are a preferred provider for regional clients with multiple accounts, convenience stores, and remote monitoring solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Service commercial refrigeration equipment including walk-in coolers, freezers, and reach-ins
• Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Test lines, components, and connections for leaks
• Replace defective equipment and components
• Discuss system malfunctions with customers and verify repairs
• Service HVAC systems to improve efficiency, including changing filters and cleaning coils
• Install and adjust thermostats, humidistats, and timers
• Communicate with customers about repair status
• Order and install replacement parts as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in any weather
• Universal EPA Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug test
• Operate and maintain company vehicle safely
• Availability for after-hours service
• Provide excellent customer service
• Experience in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and preventative maintenance is a plus
• Own basic tools; company provides specialized tools
