Responsibilities:

• Service commercial refrigeration equipment and systems including walk-in coolers, freezers, and self-contained units
• Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Test lines, components, and connections for leaks
• Replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
• Discuss system malfunctions with customers and verify repairs
• Service HVAC systems to improve efficiency, including changing filters and cleaning coils
• Install and adjust thermostats, humidistats, and timers
• Communicate with customers regarding repair status
• Order and install replacement parts as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in any weather
• Universal EPA Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug test
• Operate and maintain company vehicle safely
• Availability for after-hours service
• Provide excellent customer service
• Experience in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, or related fields is a plus
• Own basic tools; company provides specialized tools
