Reece USA is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the HVACR division to lead a regional sales force, develop strategic plans, and drive revenue growth. The role focuses on coaching, budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors in a dynamic market.

Based in Mesa, AZ, the position requires a track record of sales leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to translate corporate goals into regional action.

Competenze

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in wholesale distribution, including 3 years in a management role.
• Excellent customer service, strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Plan and organize regional sales activities to meet objectives and improve earnings.
• Develop regional strategic plans and coach teams to execute them.
• Maintain top-level contact with customers, dealers and distributors.
• Forecast and manage sales to achieve revenue and margin goals.
