ConServ Building Services, LLC is hiring HVACR Commercial Lead Installers in Fayetteville, NC. The role requires traveling between North and South Carolina with a company van and gas card, and a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekend work.

The team offers a sign-on bonus up to $1,500, bonus programs, uniforms after 60 days, benefits starting the first month, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, 401(k) matching, and more.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience within the HVAC trade.
• EPA certification required.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
• Able to work independently.
• Must pass a criminal background check and on-site drug test.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend drawings, scopes, and equipment submittals.
• Estimate job pricing, material takeoffs, and ordering to complete the job.
• Layout duct work for install and coordination with other trades.
• Install sheet metal, fibrous board, and flex duct, dampers, and air devices.
• Measure and draw sheet metal duct fittings to be ordered.
• Hang and set exhaust fans, louvers, units and other mechanical equipment.
• Hang copper, PVC and piping hangers for refrigerant, condensate and CHW piping.
• Insulate ductwork with exterior fiberglass wrap.
• Perform low voltage control wiring for thermostats, dampers, heaters, and other devices.
• Copper brazing, startup and troubleshooting a plus.
• Daily communication of work completed through the company tablet.
