Job summary

Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in Green Bay, WI seeks an HVAC Instructor to design, deliver, and continuously improve courses in the College of Advanced Manufacturing & Skilled Trades. You will mentor students, align curricula with program outcomes, and collaborate with industry partners to ensure workforce readiness.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate Degree in HVAC/R or related field, master educator certification or eight NATE certifications, and at least five years of HVAC experience.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in HVAC/R or closely related field and either: 1) Certified Master HVAC Educator, or 2) Eight Service NATE Certifications with Senior Analyst Certification
• 5+ years of direct occupational HVAC/R experience with relevant roles
• EPA Section 608 Certification required

• Continuously evaluate and improve instructional practices to support student learning.
