Northland Community & Technical College seeks a visionary and student-centered HVAC Instructor to prepare the next generation of skilled HVAC professionals. This full-time, unlimited position emphasizes hands-on, applied learning and innovative instruction in a rapidly evolving technical industry.

The ideal candidate will connect theory to real-world practice and help students develop technical skills, safety awareness, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities to succeed in HVAC roles.

Competenze

• Diploma or the completion of an apprenticeship in heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration installation and repair.
• Four full-time years (or equivalent) of verified related paid work experience in residential or commercial HVAC installation and repair.
• One year of this work experience shall be within the five years immediately preceding the date of application; waiver if two years teaching experience in credential field within last five years.
• Preferred qualifications include teaching experience in a community or technical college, current HVAC credentials, and curriculum development experience.
