Job summary

ConServ Building Services, LLC is seeking a qualified HVACR Installer in Orlando, FL. The role involves reading drawings, estimating project needs, laying out ductwork, and installing sheet metal and related components. You will work with other trades to ensure proper coordination and compliance with local codes.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in HVAC, EPA certification, and a proven ability to work independently. A valid driver’s license and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC trade experience.
• EPA certification required.
• OSHA safety regulations knowledge.
• Ability to work independently.
• Clean driving record with valid license; pass drug test.

Responsibilities

• Reading and comprehending drawings, scopes & equipment submittals.
• Knowledgeable of local mechanical codes for estimating & inspections.
• Estimates for job pricing, material takeoffs and ordering to complete the job.
• Layout of duct work for install and coordination with other trades.
• Installation of sheet metal, fibrous board and flex duct, dampers, and air devices.
• Measuring & drawing up sheet metal duct fittings to be ordered.
• Hanging/setting of exhaust fans, louvers, units & other mechanical equipment.
• Hanging of copper, PVC & piping hangers for refrigerant, condensate & CHW piping.
• Insulation of ductwork with exterior fiberglass wrap.
• Low voltage control wiring for thermostats, dampers, heaters, and other control devices.
• Copper brazing and equipment startup.
• Daily communication of work completed through company tablet.
