GUNTHERS Heating|Cooling|Plumbing in Utah is looking for an HVAC/R Installer to join our team in Salt Lake City. You will lead installation of refrigerant lines for residential and commercial systems and ensure proper ductwork and airflow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven experience as an HVAC installer, with refrigeration expertise.
• EPA and RMGA certification required.
• Professional and able to teach/train others.
• Must pass an HVAC skills test.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Follows dress and grooming policies.
• Must pass background and drug test; SMOKE-FREE environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team in installing refrigerant lines in residential/commercial HVAC systems.
• Designs and installs sheet metal or flex duct systems for proper airflow.
• Provides exceptional customer service and support during installation.
• Performs preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC equipment.
• Leads others effectively and meets project deadlines.
• Collaborates with managers and team members to meet specifications.
• Maintains safety standards and PPE usage.
• Completes additional tasks as assigned by Supervisor.

HVAC/R INSTALLER Pay (Full-Time/Hourly):

Actual Pay depends on experience, certifications, skills test and skill level.

HVAC/R INSTALLER Responsibilities:

Leads a team in installing refrigerant lines in residential/commercial HVAC systems.

Design and install sheet metal or flex duct systems to ensure proper airflow and ventilation.

Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the installation process.

Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC equipment.

Effectively leads others.

Collaborate with managers and other team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.

Follows all GUNTHERS Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times.

Maintains a positive attitude and supports GUNTHERS Core Values and Mission

Completes any additional tasks or work required by Supervisor

HVAC/R Installer Qualifications:

3+years proven experience as an HVAC installer, with specific expertise in refrigeration

EPA and RMGA certification required

Must be professional and have the ability to teach and train others

Must be able to pass a HVAC skills test
