Job summary

GUNTHERS Heating|Cooling|Plumbing seeks an experienced HVAC/R Installer to join our Utah team. You will lead installation of refrigerant lines in residential and commercial systems, and design sheet metal or flex duct layouts to ensure optimal airflow.

The role requires 3+ years of HVAC installation experience, EPA and RMGA certification, and the ability to teach others. You will collaborate with managers to meet timelines and follow strict safety standards while contributing to our

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven experience as an HVAC installer, with specific expertise in refrigeration.
• EPA and RMGA certification required.
• Must be able to pass a HVAC skills test.
• Must be able to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team in installing refrigerant lines in residential/commercial HVAC systems.
• Design and install sheet metal or flex duct systems to ensure proper airflow and ventilation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the installation process.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC equipment.
• Effectively leads others.
• Collaborate with managers and other team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.
• Follows all GUNTHERS Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times.
• Maintains a positive attitude and supports GUNTHERS Core Values and Mission
• Completes any additional tasks or work required by Supervisor

HVAC/R Installer Qualifications

• 3+years proven experience as an HVAC installer, with specific expertise in refrigeration
• EPA and RMGA certification required
• Must be professional and have the ability to teach and train others
• Must be able to pass a HVAC skills test
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Follows GUNTHERS dress and grooming policies.
