GUNTHERS Heating|Cooling|Plumbing in Lehi, UT seeks an experienced Lead HVAC/R Installer to guide a crew in installing refrigerant lines for residential and commercial systems. You will design ductwork, ensure proper airflow, and deliver top-notch customer service through the installation process.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and strong leadership to meet project deadlines while adhering to safety standards and company values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven experience as an HVAC installer, with specific expertise in refrigeration.
• EPA and RMGA certification required.
• Must be professional and have the ability to teach and train others.
• Must be able to pass a HVAC skills test.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Follows GUNTHERS dress and grooming policies.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team in installing refrigerant lines in residential/commercial HVAC systems.
• Design and install sheet metal or flex duct systems to ensure proper airflow and ventilation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the installation process.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC equipment.
• Effectively leads others.
• Collaborate with managers and other team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.
• Follows all GUNTHERS Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times.
• Maintains a positive attitude and supports GUNTHERS Core Values and Mission
• Completes any additional tasks or work required by Supervisor

LEAD HVAC/R INSTALLER Pay (Full-Time/Hourly):

Actual Pay depends on experience, certifications, skills test and skill level.
