Job summary

The Systems Group in Osceola, AR is seeking an HVACR Helper to support installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance across our operations. You will assist with field tasks, prep job sites, handle ductwork, and contribute to the safety and efficiency of the team under supervision.

Eligible candidates must have the HVACR Employment Ready Certification, be able to lift up to 50 lbs., pass a pre-employment drug screen, and work with hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• OSHA approved Met-Guard boots are provided annually.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• HVACR Employment Ready Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installations and repairs.
• Job site preparation: unload equipment, carry tools, set up ladders and scaffolding.
• Cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal or flexible ducts using hand and power tools.
• Change air filters, clean condenser coils, and check basic system operations for preventative maintenance.
• Keep and maintain a clean work site.
• Work under direct supervision.

Pay: Up to $25/Hour
