Job summary

The Systems Group is seeking an HVACR Helper in Blytheville, AR to support installation and repair work across sites. You will assist with equipment handling, ductwork, maintenance tasks, and basic system checks while following safety standards.

This role offers daily on-site work and opportunities for hands-on learning. Ideal candidates are able to lift up to 50 lbs, use hand and power tools, and follow multi-step instructions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• OSHA approved Met-Guard boots provided annually.
• Must have HVACR Employment Ready Certification.
• Able to work under direct supervision.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installations and repairs on HVACR systems.
• Job site preparation: unload equipment, carry tools, set up ladders and scaffolding.
• Cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal or ducts using hand and power tools.
• Change air filters, clean condenser coils, and check basic system operations.
• Keep work site clean and organized; work under direct supervision.

Location: Blytheville, AR

Pay: Up to $25/Hour

The Systems Group is looking for an energetic individual to be our next HVACR Helper. We are looking for someone to help with the day-to-day issues that pop up but to also be part of the big picture and contribute to the long-term strategy of our operations across the country.
