Reece USA is hiring a Business Development Representative for the HVACR Division. In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise to identify new customers and generate additional revenue in alignment with the company’s goals.

You will travel to client sites to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction, making strong communication and negotiation skills essential. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 2+ years of sales experience, as well as a valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel up to 90% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
