Job summary

Carrier Enterprise is seeking an Area Wholesale Manager for the South-Central region with responsibility for a group of HVAC product wholesale branches in the Piscataway/Lakewood area. The role focuses on growing sales, improving profitability, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will lead branch sales teams, work with local dealers, and drive recruiting and training programs while managing in-market operations to meet monthly targets and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in B2B sales
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams
• Ability to analyze sales data and act on BI insights

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple Wholesale branches in the assigned market to meet sales and EBIT targets
• Develop strategies to maximize branch sales and profitability
• Ensure high levels of customer service and branch operations efficiency
• Recruit, train, and coach Branch Sales Associates and Managers
• Collaborate with Directors of Sales and Operations to align regional goals with corporate strategy
• Conduct regular business reviews and use BI tools to identify growth opportunities
