Job summary

Carrier Enterprise in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Wholesale Branch Sales Representative to grow sales of our HVAC products by servicing licensed dealers and contractors.

The role reports to the Branch Sales Manager and is eligible for performance-based bonuses. You will build relationships, manage customer profiles, identify growth opportunities, and support the sales team while leveraging promotions and technology to drive revenue.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to maximize sales.
• Create and maintain detailed customer profiles.
• Identify growth opportunities for assigned accounts and new accounts.
• Support Branch Sales Associates on opportunities as needed.
• Leverage monthly/seasonal promotions for assigned accounts to maximize customer engagement.
• Participate in account reviews for assigned customer lists.
• Provide input to Wholesale Management and Product Management on products to be stocked and levels needed.
• Mentor Branch Sales Associates on sales skills.
• Provide superior customer service to both external and internal customers.
• Learn and utilize internal industry-leading technology offerings.
• Stay current on sales training courses and continued learning.
• Perform regular recruiting efforts to grow the account list.
• This role may require occasional travel for training, etc.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Energetic, motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic.
• Proactive and resourceful in an autonomous work environment.
