Job summary

Carrier Enterprise is seeking a Wholesale Branch Sales Representative in Carrollton, TX to grow sales of HVAC products to licensed dealers and contractors. You will build relationships, manage accounts, and use promotions to drive revenue.

Responsibilities include developing customer profiles, identifying growth opportunities, supporting sales teams, and participating in account reviews. Travel for training and meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to maximize sales potential.
• Create and maintain detailed customer profiles.
• Identify growth opportunities for assigned accounts and new accounts.
• Support Branch Sales Associates on opportunities as needed.
• Promotions: Leverage monthly/seasonal promotions for assigned accounts to maximize customer engagement.
• Account reviews: Participate in account reviews for assigned customer lists.
