Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing is expanding in Las Vegas, NV, and seeks experienced HVAC Warranty Technicians who excel at diagnostic work and warranty repairs. You will diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, deliver refrigerant services, and maintain customer satisfaction while staying compliant with EPA standards.

Starting hourly during training, the compensation transitions to a flat rate plus commission; top performers earn $65,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal) required.
• OSHA-10 Construction Safety and Health Certification required (Nevada).
• 6+ years of residential HVAC service or warranty experience preferred.

Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing has been fixing it right since 1939. We're growing across Las Vegas, NV and looking for an HVAC Warranty Technician ready to turn diagnostic skill into serious earnings.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues on residential HVAC systems
• Perform warranty repairs on air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and related controls
• Deliver refrigerant services in compliance with EPA regulatory standards
• Keep your truck stocked, your paperwork accurate, and your customers satisfied

What You Bring

• EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal)
• OSHA-10 Construction Safety and Health Certification required (Nevada).
• 6+ years of residential HVAC service or warranty experience preferred
• ServiceTitan or similar field service software experience a plus
• Clean driving record (last 2 years) and ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Pay & Growth

Start on hourly pay during training, then move to a flat rate plus commission structure — our top performers earn $65,000+ per year. 25% of our HVAC technicians are promoted from within.
