Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service or warranty experience.
• EPA Type II certification required.
• OSHA 10 certification required in Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant faults on residential HVAC systems.
• Perform repairs on air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, water-source heating systems, and associated controls.
• Educate customers on service findings and recommend upgrades, repairs, or replacements when appropriate.
• Keep the company vehicle stocked and documentation accurate in ServiceTitan.
