Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Experience using CRM systems for customer interactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with all departments and partners.
• Provide support to Account Management, Business Development and Inside Sales.
• Stay updated on HVAC programs and processes to assist dealers and distributors.
• Update contracts and handle transfers and cancellations where needed.
• Respond to inquiries within service level agreements, professionally.
