Carrier Enterprise is seeking a Warehouse Associate for HVAC products in Orlando, FL. You will handle daily warehouse operations including picking and documenting orders, loading and unloading, and maintaining accurate inventory using warehouse tech.

This role offers performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Qualifications include 2–3 years in warehouse operations, preferably HVAC, high attention to detail, solid PC/inventory systems skills, and current forklift experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably HVAC.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with inventory and shipping/receiving systems.
• Current forklift experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of products entering or exiting the warehouse.
• Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards.
• Scan products to ensure accurate and timely shipping.
• Collaborate with internal customers for product delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to external customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
