Job summary

Carrier Enterprise, a leading national distributor of residential and light commercial HVAC products, is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Orlando location. You will manage daily warehouse operations, including picking and verifying orders, loading and unloading products, and maintaining inventory control.

This role offers performance-based bonuses and opportunities to work with licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–3 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably in HVAC distribution.
• Proficiency with PC systems and shipping/receiving software.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse.
• Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards.
• Scan products to ensure accurate and timely shipping.
• Collaborate with internal customers for product delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to external customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
