Qualifications

• Punctual and dependable in a warehouse setting.
• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory handling.
• Able to lift 50 lbs or more and operate manual handling equipment.
• Forklift certification held or willingness to obtain certification.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and communicates effectively.
• Customer service mindset and teamwork oriented.
• Basic math, reading and writing skills are required.
• Valid Texas driver's license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments of HVAC equipment and supplies.
• Verify shipments against packing lists and invoices.
• Inspect items for damage and report discrepancies.
• Pick and pack products for outgoing orders and service calls.
• Prepare orders for shipment with accurate counts and packaging.
• Load and unload delivery trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Update inventory records in computerized systems.
• Perform routine inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team to optimize layout and storage.
• Follow safety guidelines while operating equipment.
• Communicate with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and returns.
• Support other warehouse associates to meet department goals.
• Adhere to all warehouse policies and safety protocols.
• Properly store hazardous materials in accordance with regulations.
