Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify against packing lists and invoices.
• Inspect items for damage and report discrepancies.
• Pick and pack products for outgoing orders.
• Prepare orders for shipment with accurate counts and proper packaging.
• Load/unload delivery trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and update inventory records.
• Conduct routine inventory counts and address discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team to optimize warehouse layout and storage.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Handle hazardous materials per regulations and company policies.

The company is uniquely situated in the market because it is large enough to serve many locations in Texas while retaining the family-owned feel that started in 1979.About the Position:An HVAC Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient operations of an HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) company or department.
