Robert Madden Industries, LTD is a heating and air conditioning wholesale distributor with locations across Texas. We are seeking an HVAC Warehouse Associate to support efficient warehouse operations, including receiving, packing, and shipping HVAC equipment and parts.

You will ensure accuracy, maintain inventory records, operate forklifts, and follow safety protocols in a fast-paced environment. The role requires teamwork, reliable attendance, and basic math and computer skills to help us serve

Qualifications

• Punctual and dependable.
• Experience in warehouse operations.
• Able to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Valid Texas driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify against packing lists and invoices.
• Inspect items for damage and report discrepancies.
• Pick and pack products for outgoing orders.
• Prepare orders for shipment with accurate counts and proper packaging.
• Load/unload delivery trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and update inventory records.
• Conduct routine inventory counts and address discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team to optimize warehouse layout and storage.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Handle hazardous materials per regulations and company policies.
