Job summary

The Habegger Corporation is a family-owned HVAC distributor serving contractors since 1952. We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to receive shipments, prepare orders, organize inventory, and make local deliveries.

You will work with warehouse teammates and customers to keep each day running smoothly. Responsibilities include loading and unloading vehicles, picking/packing orders, using a handheld device, maintaining safety, and reporting shortages or issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Valid Class C non-CDL license.
• DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to operate a delivery vehicle safely.
• Comfort reading orders and using a computer/handheld device.
• Lift and move equipment and supplies as required.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work with teammates and customers.
• Warehouse or forklift experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies, checking shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders and transfers between locations.
• Load and unload vehicles using material-handling equipment as trained.
• Make scheduled local deliveries in a 26-foot box truck and handle pickups as needed.
• Keep inventory organized, record product movement, and assist with cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and delivery vehicle.
• Let the team know promptly about shortages, damaged products, or delivery issues.
