Habegger Corporation in Nashville, TN is hiring full-time Warehouse Associates committed to safety, precision, and operational efficiency. This role works primarily in our warehouse and may serve as a backup delivery driver when needed, contributing to smooth daily operations.

As a Warehouse Associate you will pick orders, stock inventory, receive deliveries, prepare outgoing shipments, and load/unload trucks.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Customer service-oriented with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and safety-minded.
• Willingness to backup as a delivery driver in a 26-foot box truck.
• Prior warehouse experience and forklift operations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Stock inventory and report discrepancies.
• Receive incoming deliveries and verify quantities.
• Prepare outgoing shipments and label packages.
• Load and unload trucks and assist with deliveries as needed.

Schedule: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility to meet seasonal needs or complete special projects

What you'll need to become our Warehouse Associate

• 21+ years old
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Medical DOT card or the ability to obtain
• Ability to perform necessary physical job functions, including lifting 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Customer service skills and comfort interacting with internal/external customers

• Willingness to serve as a backup delivery driver if needed and make deliveries in a 26-foot box truck

While not required, our ideal candidate has experience working in a warehouse and/or operating a forklift.

As our Warehouse Associate, you'll tackle a variety of responsibilities to keep the day-to-day running smoothly and our facility organized. Accuracy will be a top priority as you assist with tasks like picking customer orders, stocking inventory, receiving incoming deliveries, preparing outgoing shipments, and loading/unloading the trucks.

As you work, you'll follow all safety procedures and keep the area as clean and organized as possible. You may also be asked to deliver customer shipments in one of our box trucks, in which case you'll be responsible for safely transporting materials, driving to the correct locations, verifying deliveries, and providing professional customer service. Your willingness to help where needed will make a noticeable difference every day!
