Job summary

The Habegger Corporation in Nashville, TN is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team. This full-time position offers daily responsibilities in order fulfillment, inventory control, and occasional deliveries in a company box truck.

You'll work Monday–Friday 7:00 am–4:00 pm, with safety and accuracy at the core. Experience is valued but we welcome entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow with us.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Medical DOT card or the ability to obtain
• Ability to perform necessary physical job functions, including lifting 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Customer service skills and comfort interacting with internal/external customers
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Willingness to serve as a backup delivery driver if needed and make deliveries in a 26-foot box truck

You'll maintain daily efficiency and organization at our Nashville, TN facility and step in to serve as a backup delivery driver when needed. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Standard hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, with some variation as needed to meet seasonal demands or contribute to special projects.

Our Warehouse Workers play a vital part in our daily efficiency and customer satisfaction, and you'll help make sure we're fulfilling orders accurately and promptly. This role will keep you busy and moving, helping out with all kinds of duties around the facility, and sometimes hitting the road to make deliveries in a company box truck. Keeping accuracy at the forefront, you'll pick customers' HVAC orders, prepare shipments, and receive incoming shipments. You'll help load/unload trucks and stock inventory in the correct locations. When you're making deliveries, you'll follow all road laws, transport materials carefully, and communicate with customers professionally. You'll clean around the warehouse and make sure to keep yourself and your team safe.

WAREHOUSE WORKER REQUIREMENTS

Experience working in a warehouse would be preferred but isn't required for the right person. Forklift experience or licensure would also be beneficial! What matters most is that you meet the following:
