Bay Breeze Heating and Cooling in Davidsonville, MD is seeking an organized HVAC Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to keep daily warehouse activities running smoothly and to ensure installation teams have the equipment and materials they need.

This full-time role involves preparing equipment, pulling orders, receiving deliveries, stocking vehicles, tracking inventory, and maintaining an orderly warehouse. The position offers a Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:00 PM schedule and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse/inventory experience.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in a physical warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Prepare HVAC equipment, materials, and parts for installation projects.
• Pull orders and stage jobs for daily and next-day schedules.
• Receive deliveries and verify quantities and condition.
• Stock equipment and supplies in proper warehouse locations.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and company vehicles.
• Help stock installer vans with materials and supplies.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Identify shortages, damaged products, and discrepancies.
• Coordinate returns and verify received materials.
• Complete receiving, shipping, and inventory paperwork.
• Maintain an orderly warehouse, storage area, and yard.
• Collaborate with installers and team members to ensure material availability.

Bay Breeze Heating and Cooling is looking for an organized and dependable HVAC Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to help keep our field operations running efficiently.

Serving Davidsonville and Anne Arundel County since 2001, Bay Breeze Heating and Cooling has built its reputation around quality service, integrity, and teamwork. As our company continues to grow, we need someone who can take ownership of daily warehouse activities and ensure our installation teams have the equipment and materials they need.

This is a full-time, hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying busy, keeping things organized, and playing an important role behind the scenes.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Your Role

• Prepare HVAC equipment, materials, and parts for upcoming installation projects
• Pull orders and stage jobs according to daily and next-day schedules
• Receive incoming deliveries and confirm quantities and condition
• Put away equipment and supplies in their proper warehouse locations
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks and company vehicles
• Help stock installer vans with required materials and supplies
• Track inventory and assist with maintaining accurate stock levels
• Identify shortages, damaged products, and inventory discrepancies
• Coordinate product returns and verify returned materials
• Complete receiving, shipping, and inventory documentation
• Maintain an orderly warehouse, storage area, and yard
• Work with installers and other team members to ensure materials are available when needed

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or related experience preferred
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or supply-house experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Comfortable working in an active, physical warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable attendance and ability to work independently
• Clear written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience with SAP or similar inventory management software is helpful
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive pay based on experience - $18-$23/hr.
