Robert Madden Industries, LTD. is seeking a capable HVAC Warehouse Associate and Delivery Driver to support warehouse operations and on-time deliveries in SAN MARCOS, TX.

The role combines receiving, inspecting, and organizing HVAC equipment with safe driving to customer sites. Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, a valid driver's license, and a hands-on approach to inventory, route planning, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment and supplies is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of local traffic regulations and routes.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience driving an 18’ box truck and/or 24’ stake bed.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) frequently.
