Job summary

Robert Madden Industries is seeking an HVAC Warehouse Associate & Delivery Driver in Midland, TX. You will support daily warehouse operations and deliver HVAC equipment and supplies to customers safely and on time.

This role blends hands-on warehouse work with professional driving and customer service, offering a $2,500 stay bonus for eligible new hires and regular performance reviews. Family-owned company with 45+ years of experience in the HVAC distribution field.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Experience driving an 18-foot box truck and/or 24-foot stake bed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good time management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Receive HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies and inspect shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Organize inventory by shelving, labeling, and categorizing materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Pull, assemble, and prepare customer orders accurately and completely.
• Package materials securely to prevent damage during transport.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Plan efficient delivery routes based on traffic, weather, and priority needs.
• Load and secure equipment and supplies safely for transport.
• Unload materials at customer locations using proper tools and techniques.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service during deliveries.
• Complete delivery paperwork, confirmations, and signatures accurately.
