Robert Madden Industries, LTD. is seeking an HVAC Warehouse Associate to join our Georgetown, TX distribution team. You will handle incoming shipments, verify packing lists, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.

In this role you will maintain a clean, organized warehouse, operate forklifts when certified, and collaborate with teammates to improve inventory processes while following safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• Punctuality and dependable work ethic required.
• Previous warehouse operations experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Applicant must have a valid Texas driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify against packing lists.
• Inspect items for damage and report discrepancies.
• Pick and pack HVAC products for outgoing orders.
• Prepare shipments with accurate counts and proper packaging.
• Load and unload delivery trucks using forklifts/pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Update inventory records in computerized systems.
• Perform routine inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with team to optimize warehouse layout and storage methods.
• Follow safety guidelines and handle hazardous materials per regulations.
