Job summary

Allred's Inc. in Ogden, Utah is seeking an HVAC Warehouse / Store Manager to lead daily operations of the branch. You will oversee inventory, deliveries, counter sales, and staff performance in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience in warehouse or store management, and a willingness to train employees, improve processes, and maintain safety and productivity.

Starting pay ranges from $45,000 to $50,000 annually, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience required.
• Warehouse/branch/store/operations management experience preferred.
• HVAC industry experience preferred but not required.
• Proven leadership and employee-management skills.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and time-management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn company-specific software and make sound decisions.
• Ability to lift/move HVAC equipment and parts as needed.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse and counter-sales operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient branch.
• Coordinate employee schedules and daily workflow.
• Oversee receiving, stocking, picking, staging, transfers, returns, and deliveries.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed.
• Identify ways to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Lead branch performance and customer service initiatives.
• Coach, train, and develop branch employees.
• Provide exceptional service to contractors, technicians, homeowners, and other customers.
• Balance sales growth with control of expenses and inventory accuracy.
