Job summary

Nextech in Huntington Beach, CA is hiring a Warehouse Assistant to receive, process, and ship stock, pick and fill orders, and maintain organized inventory in our on-site warehouse.

You will follow safety procedures, assist with loading/unloading, perform cycle counts, and support fleet maintenance. High school diploma and forklift certification preferred; we offer comprehensive health plans and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to monitor inventory quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently.

Responsibilities

• Sort, organize, and store inventory in proper locations.
• Assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks and receiving materials.
• Count, stock, and organize inventory; prepare documentation for audits.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment and follow health/safety procedures.
• Drives to pick up HVAC/R parts and supplies as needed.
