R&R Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to ensure field crews have the right HVAC materials. This on-site role in Spokane involves pulling and staging items, receiving deliveries, and maintaining organized inventory to support efficient installations.

The position requires physical work, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift 50-75 lbs. DOT physical may be required, with potential weekend duties during busy seasons.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred (HVAC or construction industry a plus).
• Basic computer and inventory software skills.
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and operate forklifts (certification a plus).
• Must pass DOT physical.
• Comfortable with vertical mobility and working from heights.
• Flexible availability to support varying seasonal demands and cover team shifts when needed.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Pull and stage HVAC materials and equipment for installation crews.
• Receive and inspect deliveries, verifying accuracy and condition.
• Maintain organized inventory, labeling and shelving supplies.
• Track and report material usage and jobsite returns.
• Assist with equipment loading, unloading, and jobsite delivery.
• Keep warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with company standards.
• Support occasional after-hours or weekend duties during peak seasons.
• Help with minor tool repairs and inventory audits as needed.
