Job summary

Star Service is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support our HVAC operations and keep the warehouse running smoothly. You will receive, inspect, and organize HVAC parts, prep materials for field techs, and help with deliveries and transporting materials.

We seek detail-oriented, safety-minded team players who can lift 50+ lbs. DOT cert or ability to obtain is required; forklift experience is a plus and prior HVAC/werehouse experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.
• DOT Certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience with pulling trailers is required.
• Prior warehouse or HVAC experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming HVAC parts and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Prepare and stage materials for field technicians and project teams.
• Track inventory and report shortages or damaged goods.
• Assist with deliveries, pickups, and transporting materials.
• Pull and haul trailers.
