Howard Air is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Phoenix to join our HVAC team. This full-time role involves loading/unloading, order processing, inventory control, and field deliveries across residential job sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience (HVAC or construction preferred).
• Knowledge of fleet operations and vehicle maintenance.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• ServiceTitan software experience is helpful.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks; inspect shipments for accuracy.
• Process and prepare orders; ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and stock organization.
• Operate forklift and other motor vehicles (certification preferred).
• Deliver parts and equipment to job sites as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and assist with purchases, shipping and receiving.
