Job summary

IES is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate in a fast-paced environment in the United States. The role involves receiving shipments, picking and packing orders, stocking inventory, and operating forklifts with strict safety practices.

Candidates should have a high school credential, 1+ year warehouse experience, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening. HVAC/Plumbing knowledge is a plus, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities are advantageous.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1+ years of warehouse experience preferred; HVAC/Plumbing knowledge is a plus.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Ability to pass safety training, background checks, and drug screening.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
• Self-motivated, punctual and dependable with attention to detail.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and condition.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery or transfer.
• Stock materials in designated areas and maintain organized inventory.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing trash and organizing materials.
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders.
• Ensure products are labeled and stored per company standards.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
• Comply with safety policies and PPE usage; perform duties as assigned.
