The role offers performance-based bonuses and requires 2-3 years in warehouse operations, preferably HVAC, with forklift certification preferred and strong communication skills.

Job Summary

As a Warehouse Associate at Carrier Enterprise, you will manage daily warehouse operations, including picking and verifying orders, loading and unloading products, and maintaining inventory control using advanced warehouse technology. You will play a key role in ensuring the timely and efficient distribution of HVAC products. This position is eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives. (Pay range - $22/hr - $28/hr)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse.
