Qualifications

• Must pass a drug test.
• Maintain professional and respectful conduct with customers and colleagues.
• Continuously update product knowledge and location of merchandise.
• Accurately fill customer orders and load/unload trucks safely.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Operate a forklift and pallet jack as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with purchases and order processing.
• Safely load and unload trucks and prepare orders for shipment or pickup.
• Check in and store material, verify quantities and quality, and keep aisles clear.
• Maintain branch appearance and report back orders or discrepancies to the Branch Manager.
• Follow safety rules and assist in year-end inventories as requested.
