Job summary

Sid Harvey's Stratford, CT location is seeking a full-time Driver and Warehouse Associate. You will provide excellent customer service, assist with order processing, and safely load/unload trucks while maintaining a clean, organized warehouse.

Qualifications

• Must be minimum age of 21 with 3 years of safe driving experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license issued by the state where you live.
• Must be able to provide us or have us obtain an acceptable driving history record.
• Must adhere to the Sid Harvey Industries, Inc. Driving Safety Policy.
• Must be able to obtain a Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Must be able to pass a Drug Test.
• Know location of merchandise in warehouse.
• Drive company vehicle to make customer deliveries and stock pickups.
• Accurately and safely load & unload trucks as needed.
• Perform cycle counts and participate in year-end inventories.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with purchases.
• Safely loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Drive to deliver orders and pick up stock while obeying traffic laws.
• Keep warehouse organized and ensure inventory is accurately checked in.
• Support year-end inventories as requested.
• Maintain safety and professionalism at all times.
